Here’s a quick look at what went wrong with their styling and a quick remedy from our side to rejuvenate the whole look.

Quick fix — A black scantily embellished jacket/jacketless look would have faired better for Shraddha Kapoor.

Too much of heavy print in a single frame. Need to incorporate a neutral shade, can be a trendy scarve, to elevate the dragged down look of Vidya Balan.

Kajol’s look failed to impress as the saree has an outdated feel to it.

Quick fix — The style of blouse could have been more playful ( cropped style) with shorter sleeves.

Deepika’s look is too colour coordinated.

Layering like no one’s else business.

Layering can instantly elevate any casual outfit to a formal ensemble. A word of caution, added layers means added volume.

Tread carefully, material and length of that Cape, jacket or wrap will have direct impact on volume of your final look.


Use of light, flirty material is advised for capes.

The length of jacket which is usually of stiff material, ideally should not cross your knees.

Opt for fuss free hair-do and less accessories route.
